Controlling at the Source - often wasted effort and investment

 

Temperature Controlled Rooms

In most circumstances, any effort getting the temperature right at the source is lost before it gets to the Point of Dispense.

Any customer planning or budgeting for a temperature-controlled room is a potential customer for a Saint Clair Systems solution.

Saint Clair Systems will provide a free thermal analysis to any customer either using or considering a temperature-controlled room.

 

 

Water Traced Follower Plates

When developing solutions for temperature control, Saint Clair Systems always starts at the Point of Dispense. Occassionally, the requirements for temperature control will take us back to the material source. When required, we have the most efficient methods for controlling temperature at the source.

Rather than controlling the temperature of the room where the material is stored, the Water Traced Follower Plate allows you to control the temperature of the material entering the dispene path.

Significantly less expensive than building a temperature controlled room, our special pour design focuses thermal transfer at material while reducing ambient loss. This technology is adaptable to any follower plate design.

As with any other system controlling temperature at the source, this is effective only when combined with other solutions described in Zones #1, #2 and #3.
