SCS is the industry leader in integrated process-temperature control for paint.Our paint-temperature-control stations for multi-color applications have become the industry standard in automotive paint. These modular systems are comprised of:
- custom-built, in-line heat exchangers specially designed for automotive prime, base, and clear applications
- multiple plate-heat exchangers designed specifically for automotive paint applications
- 6-way, non-mixing control valves
- hot water/chilled water storage and pumping modules.
The modular design simplifies installation and transportation. Units can be air or electric actuated, have interface capabilities for external communication and control by programmable logic controllers, and can be adapted for steam, gas, or electric-generated hot-water systems. Cooling can be supplied by dedicated recirculating refrigeration systems, or can be supplied by available plant chilled water systems.
