Our solutions are not always the least expensive available. Because of this, we make it easy for you to opt out of the process. We work closely with members of your team to ensure that you make the right business decision. Our solutions are not the right fit for everybody and if we are unable to help you, we make an effort to direct you toward something more appropriate. With this philosophy, we are able to collaborate effectively and ensure that, at a minimum, you will gain a deeper understanding of your application. Our transparency and open communication ensure that you will not waste time and resources. Every step has a purpose.

 

Matching Customers With Solutions

It is our goal to turn you into a cheerleader for our organization. Beyond mere customer satisfaction, we want you anxious to provide testimonials, case studies and even tours to other potential customers. This starts with ensuring that we have the appropriate match between our solutions and your process. Below are the primary steps we use for finding the right match.

 

Contact

First, we need to understand your process and potential issues that we can solve.  This is our opportunity to learn all we can about your company goals and how process improvements ultimately fit into accomplishing those goals.  It is also your opportunity to understand how we operate and what we could accomplish working with your team.  We operate with complete transparency and use this as an opportunity to tell you the process we use to determine whether or not it makes sense to go further.

 

Hurdle 1

This is where we work with you to determine if you have a problem worth solving.  The question we are trying to answer is this – do the consequences of not implementing a temperature control solution outweigh the safety in remaining with the status quo?  Solutions are worthless unless there is a problem worth solving or benefits worth achieving.

  

Hurdle 2

This is the point where we try to determine if the best solution is point-of-use Temperature Control. Getting into this before we have cleared Hurdle 1 can slow down the process.  Again, solutions are worthless unless there is a problem worth solving or benefits worth achieving.  While we are confident that we have the best solution, it is useless unless you believe you have a problem worth solving.

 

Hurdle 3

This is where we determine whether Saint Clair Systems is the best solution provider.  Again, it makes little sense convincing you that we are the best solution provider unless we have cleared Hurdle 1, (you have a problem worth solving) and Hurdle 2, (point-of-use Temperature Control is the best solution).  We are the only company that has dedicated over twenty years to the science of point-of-use Temperature Control and we have customer lists, case studies, patented products and industry experience to solidify our position as the only company capable of providing an effective solution.

 

Proposal

Having cleared the first three hurdles outlined above, it is time to submit a formal proposal.  This is often the beginning of a set of next steps that are unique to each opportunity.  The Proposal step is a collaborative process between Saint Clair Systems and you.  We should end with a set of "to-do's" including responsibilities and a time frame to accomplish.

 

Remove Roadblocks

This step involves accomplishing the "to-do's" identified in the previous step.  It is imperative that we drive this process and maintain the discipline to do everything that we have committed to.  This is our opportunity to show you how we operate.  Everything that we are responsible for must be completed on time and meet with your expectations.  We will establish a project team at Saint Clair Systems to ensure that we do what we say we are going to do.

 

Quote

Similar to the Proposal, the quote should contain all of the project specifics and should include all of your unique requirements.  The quote should contain no surprises and should contain exactly what we agreed upon in the Proposal stage.  It should satisfy all of your requirements and contain everything required to make this project simple for you to implement.


Options

Having provided successful solutions for over twenty years, we have many satisfied customers. There is a very good chance that we can schedule a visit to one of these customers. An unbiased discussion with a satisfied customer helps give you a better understanding of your potential solution. If a plant visit is inconvenient, we can also set up a phone discussion to help you understand how you could benefit.

We also maintain a variety of Temperature Control Units for use as demonstration units. Demonstration units give you the option of observing the benefits of temperature control in your facility, on your process. Since this consumes some of your resources, we maintain a specific set of criteria we both must meet before we mutually agree that a demonstration is appropriate.

 

Conclusion

At this point we make a final decision regarding whether we are a good fit. If we determine that we are a good fit, we collaborate in a defined process that ensures we have an outstanding implementation.  Click here to understand how we can guarantee that you will be satisfied with your decision.
