The Technical Service and Support Call Center (1-586-336-0700) is available at no charge to all customers of SCS and is supported 24-hours a day, 7-days a week unless noted otherwise (all times are EST). Call Center availability and options include:
- down production support (consultation, parts, emergency service)
- telephone-based technical consultation
- remote diagnostics (option)
- normal service scheduling and dispatch (Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:00PM)
- preventive maintenance scheduling and dispatch (Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:00PM)
- parts ordering-new, refurbished, repaired (Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 8:00PM)
- training-product & systems (Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM)
