SCS offers a maintenance service agreement option to reduce the overall administration involved in tracking and executing periodic and preventive maintenance. Customers may opt for service agreements on a per-temperature-control-unit basis.
Reliability & Maintainability Studies
SCS offers Reliability and Maintainability Studies to assist customers in identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and addressing the root causes of thermal-based production issues. R&M studies allow our customers to:
- return production to full through-put potential
- minimize downtime and operating expenses
- maintain peak production efficiency
- maximize ROI of critical production equipment
- identify solutions for increasing reliability and durability of equipment
Reliability & Maintainability Studies require on-site research of each production shift for an extended, mutually-defined period of time, as well as time for off-site preparation and report completion. Studies are available on a time and material basis, standard price basis, or on a customized quoted price basis. Production Optimization
Production-optimization services increase production through-put, and improve equipment reliability and start-up/downtime recovery procedures. The goal is to help customers maximize ROI through improvements in equipment efficiency, reliability, and ease-of-use.
Like R&M studies, production optimization requires on-site research of each production shift for a mutually agreed period of time, as well as off-site preparation, analysis, and development time. Production Optimization services are available on a time and material basis or on a quoted fixed price basis.
