SCS offers a full complement of both passive- and active-system-analysis services to virtually all fluid-processing industries.
With passive analysis, SCS combines its extensive knowledge of fluid-handling and dispensing systems with physics and thermodynamics to create mathematical models that emulate the thermal performance of a system. These models are confirmed using data acquired during active thermal measurement events (see below) and "fine-tuned" to assure their accuracy. Through this approach, SCS is continually developing and refining thermal models for specific processes across a myriad of industries. As a result, we can accurately define thermal-system requirements and quote exactly the right system-not too big, not too small-to assure optimal system performance.
SCS also offers active-system analysis called PAAC (Profile Analysis and Correction). Carried out through a careful combination of measurement systems and proprietary software packages, PAAC measures and analyzes the thermal performance of specific fluid-handling systems. We convert this data into targeted recommendations enabling the end user to realize significant quality and cost-performance improvements. These studies allow for aggressive and confident ROI horizons, easier approval of capital project justifications, and immediate confirmation of system performance after installation.
